I see the following error in my event log. It is coming from the install routine which has fired 2 time since I upgraded.  Not sure if the upgrade was successful but the version number is showing up as 3.3.7  When one user went to the site the install routine fired and it was showing DNN version 3.3.7, Database version 3.3.5 and upgrading to 3.3.6.
