Hi,

Thank you for your quick help.

  • what version of dnn? (check host > hostsettings)
  • Dnn Version is 3.1.1

  • what version of announcements? (check host > module defnitions)
  • Announcements module version is 03.01.00

what is the exact error you get (check admin > logviewer)

Error: Log Viewer is currently unavailable.

    Thanks in advance.

hmm.. this error can't be the correct one, as this refers to an error in the logviewer itself, not to an error in the announcements module. However, it seems like a serious issue. did you try to run an upgrade that did not work?

I am getting this error too, just 4 days after installing. I've searched in several sites and found no clues about this. Any idea?
I want to try upgrading. How can I upgrade Announcements module?

    Using DNN 4.3.4
