Bump. For me and my clients, this is rather critical. I've been using due diligence and searching and researching, but this is not yet fixed.

Is there a core developer or anyone else who can tell me how to recover from this problem? Please.

I double-checked with my host, and the NetworkProcess has all necessary privileges to the website root and sub folders. They increased timeout.

I did a file resynch recursive and still many folders are missing from the folders table (none that were missing were added, admin privs are still off, and one new file was added to the files table.

I don't have such problems on a new install of 4.3.6, but I do on the install that was an upgrade from 3.22 --> 4.3.5 --> 4.3.6

Thanks for the suggestions. Anyone know how to take this forward to a fix?
