The document module has the Title, Last Updated, Size, headings and i wanted to modify the Updated size ti just Date. How can this be done??

Pls Help.

The only way you can get this done in the current version is to update the resources file for the documents module.  Locate and open  \DesktopModules\Documents\App_LocalResources\Document.ascx.resx in notepad, and find the "Title.Header", "Owner.Header", etc settings and change them to whatever you like.

Note, your changes will be overwritten if you update the core or the Documents module.
