Yesterday I installed the latest update 4.3.7 and all seemed to work fine.  However since then noboddy is able to log in including the host!   The send password is now giving me an error "There was an error retrieving your password. No password was sent.".

Any idea someone?

Thanks,
Eric

make sure, you preserve the 2 connection strings, 2 encryption keys, databaseOwner and objectQualifier from previously used web.config.

Thanks for your reply Sebastian.

Only cow I did not know I had to preserve the encryption keys.  All I usually do is to change the SQL connection string.  Ok let me try to find out if I still have the old encryption keys.

My original install was from 4.3.5 and I compared both release.config file and the encryption keys are identical same for the other stuff.  All I change in the file was the SQL connection string.  One thing though is that I started to upload the upgrade files at 7pm and the next morning the file was'nt completly uploaded because of the ftp program pop me a question such as do you want to overwrite this file.  So maybe someone came on the site in between.  Could that had cause the problem?

Thanks,
Eric
