Hi,

Need help! Trying to upgrade from DNN 3.2.2 to 3.3.7 and the upgrade seems to work just fine in the sense that the software migrates, however it does give an error stating that duplicate users are found across portals, I'm assuming this is email addresses because the usernames are unique and some email addresses are duplicated as they are email addresses used for testing.

The final error is that the site doesn't load after the upgrade. I am currently in the process of doing another upgrade test and will post the exact error I'm getting shortly.

In the meantime, is there anything that I need to be concerned about when upgrading besides the site keys?

Thanks,

Brian

did you use updated web.config (contained in release.config), preserving connection string, 2 encrytion keys as well as databaseOwner and objectQualifier in sqlServer section.
