Before I upgraded out DotNetNuke Intranet from 4.1 to 4.3 my domain users would be logged onto the Intranet auotmatically each time they visited. How can I change my configuration to make it happen again? Now my users are required to log in each time they visit the Intranet. I'd really like to change this back, if possible.

Thanks,

Kevin W. Miller

I've never gotten our intranet to log on automatically to the domain unless I add the site to Internet Explorer's "Local Intranet" list (Internet Options > Security > Local Intranet > Advanced).

Good luck!

Thanks. Actually, I just found this link in another thread and it seems to work (with appropriate modifications for server name) to autologin my domain users:

Thanks,

Did you uncomment the Authentication line in your web.config?

I wrote a very basic module that will take your domain login and force a login.  I made it so that if you logged out and then went back to whatever page(s) had the module, it wouldn't log you in again until the browser has been closed -- this so an admin can log in with different user's if necessary.
