Hello,

I also searched for the "perfect" DNN hosting plan few weeks ago... I have emailed many and various DNN provider, and compiled the answer in a PDF file. I have recently added the response time.
Feel free to look at it:

DNN Hosting comparative (by Déclic Vidéo FX)

For me, ultimahosts is the one which fits my need ! (unlimited FTP account, email account, big space without any restriction on the database, possibility to backup, etc...). In addition, they offer a free account for one month. You test it, and if you are happy with it, just buy it !

I am completely independant of ultimahosts and was on godaddy before - feel free to ask Ultimahosts for a free trial. Also check my comparative, it gives an overview.

If you want a cheap hoster that does a fairly good job you can check out webhost4 life.  The are a benefactor also and you can get an account for $9.99 a month.  The other good thing is they have a referral program and with 3-4 refferals you can pay for you hosting account.  If you choose webhost4life please use the link below so I get the credit for the referral.  For a cheap hoster, webhost4life has some of the best support I have seen for the price and the usually get you an answer withing 24 hours with the online support.  If it is an emergency they also have a live chat that is open 24-7 also.

For top end hosting I do agree that PowerDNN is one of the best if you can spend that much for you hosting.

Declic,

The PDF file that u prepared has great info and it's a big help. Thanks.
I would add the number of domains and the servers response time.

I find it very useful to check the response time with http://host-tracker.com
(free and no installation required).

PS: it is incredible how many seconds difference you can have between some provider........ (I am still confident in my choice)
