Databasemart.com has been really good to me and they have some cheap to more complex programs.  The admin console is very easy to use and the support has been quick.  Also I think the site loads pretty fast.  Faster than my own install in colocation.

I recommend www.DiscountASP.net . I think they have the best value (price vs. performance/reliability/features). It is not the fastest host I've used, but my multi-portal site has never gone down (I keep stats using a 3rd party service) -- knock on wood!  They have alot of add-on features (SQL 2005, SQL Reporting Services, sub-domains + fixed IP, etc.).... Also, they have won the "best host" reader-award for a few years (www.aspnetpro.net).

To be far in reporting the response time you also need to include how big the page is you are hitting.  If a site takes 1 second to respond and another takes .50 seconds to response, but the one that takes a second to respond page is 2-4 times bigger, then which host is giving the better response time. Without the page size the response time is really useless and can be misleading.

Very good remark, I have taken into account the remarks given before, without thinking of this... I will maybe remove this section (response time), what do you think ?

I would unless you can also provide the page size.

www.ultimahosts.net has all of the features you are looking for at great rates. They also have an excellent support team that is very knowledgeable and familiar with DNN. I have all my DNN sites hosted by them and I couldn't be happier.
