Hi, I've a dnn portal on webhost4life.com

In my portal's code (above all into XMod modules), there are many absolute links, like this:
http://site367.mysite4now.com/urfaust/portale/newco/220/Default.aspx

My question is:
When I'll "associate" a domain name to my web server space, these absolute links still working?
They working in each of following case?
- if user type: http://site367.mysite4now.com/urfaust/portale/newco/220/Default.aspx
AND
- if user type: http://www.mydomain.com/tabid/220/Default.aspx

In other words, do you think absolute links still working, without need change in relative links?

writing: "http://site367.mysite4now.com/urfaust/portale/newco/220/Default.aspx"
OR
writing this: http://www.mydomain.com/tabid/220/Default.aspx
is the same (is working) when exist a domain name?

Thank you very much for your answers.

They should still work.  If you can type the URL in to the address bar of your browser and get there then the link in your code will still work as well.

The only issue I see is that when a user clicks the old link they will see the old URL in the address bar.  As far as putting forth the most professional image you would want to change the links to the new URL as soon as possible.

Hope that helps,

Kevin
