how can I change the colour of links in my site? I've defined the colour in skin.css for the skin I'm using but this isn't taking effect on the site. Is there a global setting somewhere?

Thanks

some more info, this is the section of skin.css:
.font_Yellow_11 { color: #e0f7bf; font-size: 11px; line-height: 18px; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif }

and the section of my html:
                <span class="font_Yellow_11_bold">
                <a href="home.htm" target="frame3"><font color="#e0f7bf">Home<br></a>
                <a href=" boink('ssl_index_login.html','spoof','500','750')">Cashier<br></a>
                <a href="s_tourneylist.html" target="frame3">Tournaments<br></a>

works fine as html, but when I put it into dnn it picks up the fact the text should be bold but refuses to set the font colour

thanks

You can either set styles for links in the main portal.css for your site, or in your skin.css.  Common styles would be:

A:link  {
}

A:visited   {
}

A:active    {
}

A:hover {
}

What is the difference between portal.css default.css and skin.css ?
They are all read by the application, one after the other and the last one win, or what ???

Thanks Shawn, that fixed it, however I notice the text within the prebuilt modules isn't effected by portal.css. When I view source they appear to be assigned to the 'SkinObject' class but I cannot find where this is defined. Can you help? I need the text in the modules to match the rest of the site.

Thanks
