Trying to use the Windows authentification for the database access (SQL server 2005 express) instead of the SQL authenification I could not figure out, which windows user is used by Dotnetnuke (4.3.7) to access the database, or where to define this user:

name="SiteSqlServer"
connectionString="Data Source=.\SQLExpress;Integrated Security=True;User Instance=True;AttachDBFilename=|DataDirectory|Database.mdf;"
providerName="System.Data.SqlClient" />

The installation guide is of no use regarding this question, so could anybody else answer this question?
