After upgrading it reported NO errors, but when I navigate to Host>Portals  I get this error under the Export Template section.

Error: Export Template is currently unavailable.

I found the solution to this.  I had to delete the ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib.dll from the Bin folder.   It also caused a similiar error when trying to use the Filemanger.
