GoDaddy Shared account.

DotNetNuke installed in sub-folder and working.

Root/forums

Site works at www.site1.com/forums/

I wanted to invoke DNN in a subfolder as I intend on having a splash screen at www.site1.com

So far so good.

Now I want to run multiple sites on same DNN installation, i.e. www.site2.com

So I used my domain management tool to set have portal.site2.com to point to root/forum/ but when I enter that URL it redirects to www.site1.com/forum/

So what I am looking for is maybe a walkthough or other posts on how to set up multiple portals on shared hosing accounts. One that actually discusses what to do rather than just uses vague terms.

Thank you.

I would like to set up a sub-domain for a new parent portal with GoDaddy.

Anyone have any ideas on this?

Pat

Still looking for an answer or even a link to where it has been answered before.

Thank you.
