Using IE 7 and when developing on localhost when I update a module for example i get this page below.
Then I have to refresh to get back.  Any Ideas on  how to configure IE appropriately?

I am very curious if this is related to some of the problems I am having.  Most of the web development I do is in PHP and done with Dreamweaver or PHPNuke, but recently I have been changing over to DNN for work.  Following all the directions I can find, both in our books and on the web, I always get errors telling me to refresh the page.  I wonder if most of my problems are because of IE7.  Sometimes it says there is no connection (to a local file) and other times while installing it from a clean slate, I get the following:
