I have added the default survey module to a block in the left content pane. It appears to work however, when I attempt to "add a question" to it, I go through the process of entering the question and answer(s) and click update it drops me back to the page I was previously on without updating the survey and showing the options I just entered. It throws an error of:

A critical error has occurred.
The INSERT statement conflicted with the FOREIGN KEY constraint "FK_Surveys_Modules". The conflict occurred in database "DotNetNuke_Intranet", table "dbo.Modules", column 'ModuleID'. The statement has been terminated.

Could someone please let me know how I can correct this so that I can use this feature, thanks!
