it says the following " .... It also allows individuals to do whatever they wish with the application framework, both commercially and non-commercially, with the simple requirement of giving credit back to the DotNetNuke project community. "

In the license agreement there is no mention of giving credit back to the community... What I'm confused on is the following...

1) If I use dotnetnuke as my web application for my company, do I have to have a link or something stating that the website was built on the dotnetnuke technology on my website? Is this what is meant by giving credit back to the DotNetNuke project community?

2) Also, do I have to have a link to the BSD license agreement from my website or is the license agreement at
http://www.dotnetnuke.com/About/WhatIsDotNetNuke/LicensingCopyrightsandTrademarks/tabid/776/Default.aspx
for the source code?

3)  On the license page :  http://www.dotnetnuke.com/About/WhatIsDotNetNuke/LicensingCopyrightsandTrademarks/tabid/776/Default.aspx it says the following
The above copyright notice and this permission notice shall be included in all copies or substantial portions of the Software.
What is meant by this permission notice? Where is the permission notice?

So since  questiont 2 was two parts let me ask this...

2a) I do not  have to have a link to the BSD license agreement from my website?

2b) the license agreement at
http://www.dotnetnuke.com/About/WhatIsDotNetNuke/LicensingCopyrightsandTrademarks/tabid/776/Default.aspx
is ONLY for the source code? 

Ok. I see for 2b) You mean if I were to give someone else a compiled version with NO source code, I would still have to include the license...
