Still have not resolved this issue. Any ideas? I have checked the db, file system, etc. I have tried to delete files and add them back one at a time and nothing is working.

I had a similar problem...found the following code in FileSystemUtils.vb|SynchronizeFolder...

If dirInfo.LastWriteTimeUtc > folder.LastUpdated Then
isInSync = False
End IfFor some reason the databased "LastUpdated" value was out of sync from the file system...I fixed the problem by manually setting inInSync to true...but if your not in code you could either force a change to the file system by creating a new file or something, or you could update the database.
