Hello all,

I freshly installed DNN for the first time and after some DB config issues I had everything up and running in no time.
Of course that couldn't last ... somewhere down the road I'm trying to configure the templates (just to see what it would do) and I get he following error with nothing else on the screen than a red triangle and twice the message
An error has occurred
An error has occurred

Nothing else ... needless to say I have no clue where to search ... the only thing which might give you experts an idea is the url always goes to point to :

www.mysite.com/dotnetnuke/Default.aspx?tabid=54&error=Value+cannot+be+null.%0d%0aParameter+name%3a+type&content=0

Any ideas anyone ?

Thanks in advance and happy holidays

Mike

Did you edit the templates or a skin?
If there is an error in a skin you can get these kind of error's
You can either correct the error or copy the original skin over the corrupt one.
Another possiblilty is to delete it since then DNN will revert to the default skin.
Hope this helps

How would I be able to remove the template or skin.  Is it done in the sql server ?

TIA
