I can't get the email notification working in dotnetnuke 4.35.

I have the smtp configured and it works for new users. Set for basic authentication.
When I set My Settings on the forum admin with the check boxes and come back and look at them they are unchecked.

I don't use the senders address for notification.

This is an error I get when I add a reply to a post. It adds the reply but generates an exception in the log.

I have this problem too.

My guess is that the error is due to a missing setting value in either the forum, or the user account.  It is trying to build the breadcrumb when that is happening.....what is the name of your forum that this is in?
