I am attempting to package my custom developed DNN 4 Module and am attempting to follow the directions of:
http://www.adefwebserver.com/DotNetNukeHELP/DNN_PackageModule/Default.htm

1. When I attempt step 3 the screenshots show Create Private Assembly & when I attempt this same procedure I see Create Module Package.  I assume this is the same, but can someone confirm this is the same?

2. Every Pre-Packaged Module Included with DNN I see 1-2 Compiled .DLL.
For instance I am looking at Documents Module located in Install\Modules\Documents_03.01.05_Install.zip and it contains
DotNetNuke.Modules.Documents.dll
DotNetNuke.Modules.Documents.SqlDataProvider.dll

According to the Tutorial, When I follow those instructions I end up with a DLL for Every Class (.cs) in the Same APP_CODE folder and a DLL for every .ascx control in my DesktopModules\ModuleName Folder.  Am I doing something wrong?  I don't want a .DLL for every control and every class I have created.

If you want a single assembly, follow the directions at:

Great, except my module is developed in C#... Is Compiled Module for C# Available?

The screenshot only shows Compiled Module for VB

Hello Michael
Thank's for that information and for your tutorials.
Should Modul-Development be done with the DNN-Source or with the DNN-Starterkit?
Regards Nicolo

My Module has been developed using C# and according to those directions only a VB compiled module exists?

Is there something else for C#?
