OK – I think I have solved the problem.
I finaly manage to open the table by right clicking the option Show Table Data. It toke looooong time to open up, but there all entries show up!
 
I saw that my own currency entry – Kronor(SEK) was the only currency with different definitionID field and Discription field from the 5 standard options, thus I changed the field definitionID from 0 to -1, and wrote NULL in Description field for the Swedish Kronor entry.
Going back to DNN site I saw that the problem with dubled currency lists had disappered.
 
This make me wondering if there is a bug or if there schould be two identical currency lists after adding a new list entry?
