I have the same problem too. At first I thought I just can't maximize the Advance Setting option in the Page Setting for all pages... but then again again, I noticed that even for each container, I can't maximize the last setting option at the bottom of the container setting page.

Try commenting out the compression module in the web.config and see if that fixes it.

Just curious... any more info as to why that works or what the compression module is for?
