Hello,

I'm making a skin with multiple panes, now is my question, is it possible to keep panes visible when u are using back-end settings.

For example when I got a skin with 2 panes, a leftpane and a contentpane. Now I got a link module placed in the left pane and a html/text module placed in the right pane. When I want to edit the text in the text/html module then the link module disappear, because the leftpane disappear. I want to keep this leftpane visible when i go into the text/html module settings or html options.

Same problem occurs when I open the login or register page.

Thanks

Unfortunately no, the only way you could do that is to force content into the skin, with skin objects, not with modules dropped on the page. If you look at the URL there's a CTL= or CTL/login (for example) in the URL, that tells DNN load this control exclusivly, so that's what it does.

Thanks for your answer. I was already expecting this was not possible. Think i'm gonna put some javascript in the skin then.
