hi,
you asked the key question. thanks, i forgot to mention it.
actually what the project is, i have a grid containing info abt products(name , code, price,etc....) and when user selects a particular product i want to redirect him to a new page containing detail info abt product and that info will be in pdf file.
important thing is that it is not yet fixed whether the info will be from database or from static documents.
so, i would like to know abt both ways to implement it.

thanks a lot....

i have good experience with devExpress xtraReports (http://www.devexpress.com/Products/NET/WinForms/XtraReports/). It allows you to create pdfs, but also other file formats, on the fly
