hi,

I have a 4.3.7 app,i didn't understand what should i do so my app could work with AD?

How can i give permissions to page with AD groups?Do i need to build them also inside the app?

Yes. You have to create Security Roles that match the names of your AD Groups (I've found that you have to use the Pre-Windows 2000 group name if it is different). If synchronize is checked then when users log in for the first time they'll automatically be added to the correct Security Roles. Notice that I said the first time. DNN doesn't synchronize the roles everytime a user logs in which may or may not be okay depending on your situation. IE: your AD Groups are pretty static and there's rarely any movement of users between AD Groups.
