In a DNN 4.4.0 app I have a site which has a fixed-width skin for Portal and full-width for Admin.

I find that on a page that has a module with key "Drilldown" and type "View", DNN insists on using the full-width (ie Admin) skin.

I have to resort to explicitly setting the skin for the containing page, which is a nuisance.

What is the logic involved here?

TIA!

if the url has "ctl=[Key]" in it, the admin skin will always be used

the only way to circumvent that is to dynamically load the controls in the module yourself...
