Hi,

Unfortunately this didnt seem to make any difference, is there anything else you'd like me to try?

I know its a bit premature of me to ask (at this early stage) , but what are the timescales normally involved for fixes of this nature? I only ask as if its anticipated to be a while I may investigate fixing it myself.

Ta,

Joe.

Oh, as an additional note if I select "No Caching" the error still occurs, could this suggest that its not a caching issue at all?

Ta,

Joe.
