Hello

I've had my DNN4 portal now for about 3 months. I did try to find out how to set up banners in the early days but it was confusing without any instructions and I just popped my html into html modules for now and left it at that.

But now I want to be able to use the banners modules properly. To be able to set start/finish dates if I want, or to set number of impressions.

But it seems like there is something missing. I can't get it right.

In Host and Admin I have a Vendor link. I set one up in both of those. One of them I found somewhere where I could copy/paste my code for my banner advert. But it doesn't display (image doesn't display at all even though it does exist; what I see is the html and not the actual banner)

Can anybody point me at a step by step tutorial so I am doing this right? (I know he has some no doubt lovely ones here but right now I have no spare pennies. The site I have is to make me money and I'd already spent my entire 2007 disposable income on one unexpected bill of 5 January so a bit up a financial gumtree until I can get some pennies in, perchance from advertising!)

Also, I think there is some module for affiliates. I can't seem to find this. So not sure if it is missing, if I have to turn it on, if it is hiding or if it is an add on.

I know the above is a bit vague. But any help (or questions where I left out specific important information) would be helpful.
