it looks like your server has not enough RAM.

Most likely the permissions are still not set correctly.

Have them check the \Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727 directory.

I'm willing to bet they had a domain controller go down which killed all the user accounts.  Good luck.

Not to be disrespectful, but why would you be quick to say not enough RAM when we know that some DNN issues can cause w3wp processes to run away and consume all memory. I had this issue last year, along with many others, when it turned out to be that the Events and Blog modules did not function properly if the cache setting was anything other than 0. It caused me to lose one customer, since I could not figure it out quick enough.

In fact, I am having System Out of Memory errors about 3 times a day right now and it it not because of lack of memory but something in DNN is causing processes to run to out of memory. I have offered to pay someone to review my logs (DNN and Server) but cannot find any takers.

Any ideas on the actual problem? Are there any settings I could put in that could stop this from crashing all my sites? My customers are starting to get anxious and I need some help.
