I've now tried a fresh install and get the following errors, i've tried googling around but carn't seem to find a solution, I've checked permissions on my root folder and all seem to have full access. Any ideas? Many thanks, Jo

What kind of BAK file is this?
A SQL server Db backup? of a backup of the DNN folder, both?
About your last attempt:
Please note that you will have to delete both the DNN folder / create a new one same for the database if you try to reinstall DNN.
Do you get this message:
Upgrade Error: ERROR: Could not connect to database specified in connectionString for SqlDataProvider
on top of the page or somewhere in the middle of the install page?
I mean, does it run a part of the install and then stop?
