Does anyone know if it would speed up DNN if I where to comment out stuff I don't use, like:

I doubt that this would have any effect at all, since the actual providers will only be loading if they are used.  Of course one could argue that the actual parsed web.config file is smaller, and therefore save some memory, but I don't think it is worth it.
