I have two questions:

1.   What happened to the "Using the Forums" forum? Has it gone away for good (I hope not).

2.   I have recently installed and am working with the forum. I have read your excellent documentation hoping to find my question answered, but no. Sometimes there are one or two red (or orange, I'm not sure which) dots next to a poster's name. Sometimes they blink and sometimes they don't. What does all this mean?
