I don't know if I am just having a serious bout of brain gas, or if something is actually wrong.

4.4.0 installed on my laptop. Install goes through without a hitch, db is all set, etc, etc.

Click on the access my portal link and I get a security exception (File Permission).

What the heck am I missing here, anyone?

This is the source version I am installing, I just did this a couple of weeks ago with the prevoius version with no problems...

:(

Cheers from Germany,

Yeah, did that. It's the first thing I do after I unzip the package into my destination directory.
