It isn't to bad. There are a few settings and you can play with them, because it does a bunch of things - based on what information you want to show. It is really flexible, not hard to set up. The only thing that was kind of difficult was figuring out how to change the colors of everything in the css and files. I spent more time changing that than I did setting the module up. I also changed the layout of the page when you click on a business for more information. That was a lot of work, unless you are going to leave it how it is.

One problem is that it does not support localization. I'm looking for the same type of module but localization is a must.

Is it possible to use this module twice ? If yes, in such a case, it is possible to use Locopon solution which provides the ability to display one module instead of another depending of the langages.
This could be a solution, what do you think ??

PS: I requested some developpers to develop something specific with multilangage supported (I pay for it of course), I did not have any positive answer yet... They are too busy I assume.

I need the admin part to be localized as well. It just doesn't go down well when non-localized entries remain.

Oups, of course you are right leiner !! Do you search for a french localisation ? In such a case, we may try to find together a developper to do it for us (by paying for it, of course). What do you think ?

Skinjerski, I have contacted Dotnetjedi who is selling this module, here is the answer:

{...} The Business Directory was designed for business listings not for the websites. As a result, the module will collect information suc as business location, hours of operation, payment type, special promotions, etc. which might not apply to your situation. {...} There is no option out of the box to bypass the required information. I think the "hidden" in that regard means that if you don't want some of the information to be shown (after it has been collected) then you can set the visible property of the control to "False".
Sorry we do not have the trial vesion. We also do not have any developer for custom work at this time. {...} Classifieds is more open than Business Directory (which is design for business listings as I mentioned). You can put things for sale such as cars, computers, books, looking for roommate, etc but it won't collect information specific to business such as location, hours of operation, payment method, map, etc.

Well... If someone has a good solution for my problem, I would be very pleased !!!
