I have 2 instances of DNN installed: One instance of DNN3 with 2 portals, and one instance of DNN4 with one portal. I would like to upgrade the DNN3 sites to 4 and move them all to a new server with one instance of DNN4 that hosts all 3 portals.

Is there a way to combine instances like this?

You could try exporting the DNN4 portal, to the XML files that DNN creates.

Upgrade the DNN3 instance to 4, and then try adding a new portal using the template you created with the DNN4 export. That may get you what you want, assuming all your modules support iportable.

Do it on a test instance first, trust me, don't hose your production sites by not testing first.
