hey everyone!

  I have created a very simple module in VS 2005 and have it working in a custom database. Simply lists employess who have birthdays today and who are imployed in past 60 days. All the work in done is a stored procedure in a seperate server and database. I have the connection string added to DNN  web.config with a seperate name. The UserClass works great outside DNN in a website of its own.

I have put my packaged my together following Simon Goodchild videos. I just have the .ascx and .ascx.cs and .dnn file.  When I "Install New Module" has host user I get this error, and don't really know where to start looking at the error.  If someone can help that would be great.  I can post the code if need be.  Thanks

It appears there is an error in your .dnn file. You can look at this tutorial:

On the third page it has links to all the source files like: DNN_Survey.dnn that should be helpful as an example.
