No problem. I spent enough time putting the little pieces together. Wanted to save someone the grief. One other thing I found that once my project is compiled, it won't install modules. I have to install from my development machine and re-publish. A real pain, but I don't have another work around yet. If I find one, I will post it.

I also noticed it. But I decided(but didn't confirm it) that it is changed by design in 4.4.Modules are available as zip files in Install/modules folder and SuperUser under Host/Modules menu can see them in a form easy to install.
