You would look under Tables for the 'Portals' table.  If you used the defaults in web.config for the database, it would be 'dbo.DNN_Portals'. In the 'Portals' table, look for the columns named 'LoginTabId' and 'HomeTabId'.  If the values displayed in one or both of these columns in the row for your PortalId (most likely will be PortalId of 0 assuming you have not created any portals other than the default one that is set up on installation) is a number rather than Null, change the number back to Null. This is done by left clicking over the value then pressing Ctrl-0 on the keyboard. After making one or both changes in this row, click on the next row to commit the changes to the database, close SQL Server Management Studio Express, and try to access your site.  Good luck. BTW, be sure that you do NOT change any other values in the tables or delete any rows of this or any other table!
