I also have the same issue but it is in a DNN 3.0.13 version. I am thinking that maybe it has some thing to do with the editors detection of the browers cap. I am looking into it now. Sure would be nice if you would step up and tell us how you fixed the issue.

Well, I did not find a solution. Mostly I think for lack of time and effort. I did however fix this issue by upgrading to the latest release of 3x (at this time is 3.3.7). I did find that it was not IE 7 specificly but specific systems with IE7 on them. So I had 3 PCs one xp home and one xp pro as well as another xp home and one of them would get the proper control. This was one of the Xp homes and i could not find much difference in it form the other. I did have a different user-agen string though. that might be the key. Anyway good luck and please post if you find a real solution.

Hi. Can someone please post the solution to this? I am running Windows XP, Firefox 2 and IE7. I have a site running DNN 3.0.13 and another running 4.3.7. The Rich Text Editor works on both sites using Firefox 2. However, when using IE7, the DNN 3.0.13 sites does not display the RTE, while the 4.3.7 sites does. The DNN 3.0.13 RTE worked fine in IE6 - so what's up with IE7? I've tried allowing ActiveX controls and everything, but to no avail.

Thanks,
Simon.
