I have an existing DNN installation on Windows Server 2008 -- works fine.  I created a new folder and database for a new instance of DNN (can't be a portal as it will eventually move to a different server) and ran a full install of 7.3.

After completing the install with no errors, I click the visit website button and it displays the default page and goes into an endless loop opening and closing the login popup.

Close the browser and return to the site and click Login.  The popup displays with a 404 error on the requested URL http://www.mysite=80/Login?returnurl=&popup=true

I have tried everything I can think of, quadruple checked the permissions, and can even copy the database from dev to the server and see all of the pages that do not require a login.

Can anyone please help?
