My 6.2.8 to 7.4.2 upgrade worked for all portals except one, on which at some point the admin menu had been moved down a lever to with a new page.
My direct update of the Tabs table I was able to restore the original admin page to level zero and adjust the level and tabpath of all child pages accordingly
If I click on Admin in the Control bar, I can access the admin page fine and thus all child pages through the links thereon, but if I hover over admin, the Common Settings contain nothing and the Advanced Settings contains links to some top-level, non admin pages.
Can anyone shed any light on what the selection criteria are for population of the drop-down admin tabs? Clearly I have missed something in the manual database changes.
The portal remains useable and adminstratable (if there is such a word) by simply going to the admin top level page, but I would really like to fix this before upgrading to 8.0.4 to so any help or advice would be appreciated
