I have a site running on 9.1.0. One of the admins on that site reported that he cannot access the Page Management because the Pages link is not showing under the Content menu. I logged in as an admin and found that it was missing. I then logged in as a superuser and found the Pages link, so it seems the issue is only with the Admin role.

Any ideas what could be causing this?
