In a DNN 7 instance we have some customers each one having a portal for their portal for which they have an administrator login. Now some of these customers need to be able to upload skins themselves.

Of course we can't allow them to use our host login in order to do so. Is there any way to allow the site/portal administrator permission to upload skins.

If not each client must have their own DNN instance which isn't practical given the upgrade necessity of each instance.

I have seen by googling that this was possible in earlier versions.
