I'm trying to activate the Social URL provider and the vanity URL functions in a 7.1.2 (upgraded) site and cannot find the [Admin->Site Settings->Advanced Url Settings tab].

Per: https://dnnurlproviders.codeplex.com

Any idea how to activate the tab, register the dll, update the webconfig, etc?
