I have turned on Minify CSS/JS and Composite Files and incremented the version number. However, I noticed that many of my CSS files are not being compressed into 1 file.

Is this something to do with the way they are loaded? They are all loaded in the Flatna skin explicitly currently - does this somehow exclude them from the minification and compression process?
