I am running about 70 sites on a single instance of DNN .  One of my sites is running Cart Viper, and recently started running exceptionally slow when loading my store page.  The people at Cart Viper say that they have loaded everything on their system and it worked fine.  I sent them links to download our database and version of DNN.   I am wondering if it has anything to do with the minification settings on the site. Earlier (before I clicked to minify the site , then turned it off) the site started to take 25-35 seconds to load.  My other sites seem to be working find.  The DotNetNuke application version you are running --07.00.04
