I set up a dev environment to test my dnn instance and portal sites from DNN 7.02.01 to be upgraded to 7.03.02 but when PowerDNN upgraded the JavaScript seems to have broken. The correct skin is on the front page and interior pages but in the admin everything is messed up... Wrong skin, modules upsidedown... and I cant correct any of it. Do I have to place the JS command back in?? I go to the admin pages and I cant even select a page to adjust. I have tried a few things to correct but I cant seem to get anything to work. Is DNN 7.03.02 only stable on fresh install?

Any ideas would help.
