Hello all,

I am getting following error when user tried to register to our port.User is supposed to get confirmation email.After confirmation by the user he will receive Welcome to the Portal mail.

Issue is once user enters detail and submit for registration,smtp  server error is thrown

SMTP server requires a secure connection or the client  was not authenticated.The server response:Authentication Required.

Interestingly,user can receive the emails for other actions like forgot password,Reset password,Welcome Email.

But only confirmation email is not received even having the same SMTP settings across application

Please suggest anything helpful
