Failing to load all resources in UpgradeWizard.aspx. "Unexpected token <" at the top of the page.

Hello. I am trying to update my DNN version. Downloaded, extracted and copied the update package in my DNN site root. Now when I'm trying to access the ~/Install/UpgradeWizard .aspx page (visiting my site already redirects to that page), I am facing JS errors in console. How can I give sets of pages their own backgrounds?
